- **Changes:** Any changes to custom orders must be made before production begins. Once in production, changes may not be possible.

3. Payment
- **Accepted Methods:** We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Invoice payment and Venmo.
- **Processing:** Payments must be completed before orders are processed. Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery
- **Processing Time:** Custom orders may require additional time for processing. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- **Shipping Costs:** Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- **Responsibility:** We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

5. Returns and Exchanges
- **Custom Orders:** Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
- **Defective Items:** If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or repair.

- **Design Rights:** All designs, including custom designs, remain the intellectual property of our company. You may not reproduce or distribute any design without permission.
